Declaration Amendment Information

Included in this section is information pertaining to the current proposed declaration amendments. Per the current Declaration, all ballots must be notarized prior to being mailed to Sequoia Management. Should you have any questions, please contact Sequoia Management or the Board.

Generally, the Loft Ridge Community Handbook is the best reference for the architectural guidelines and rules for exterior maintenance of your property.
