The 284 homes of Loft Ridge are located in two separate areas
that border Claremont School Site Park and Loft Ridge Park (both owned by
Fairfax County). The two sides of the Loft Ridge
community are connected by a pedestrian trail running from the end of Lofthill Court, past the
Evergreen Knoll tot lot, and through to the Ridge View Drive tennis court area.
