Generally, the Loft Ridge Community Handbook is the best reference for the architectural guidelines and rules for exterior maintenance of your property. However, there are several documents which the Board, management and all homeowners are required to consult and reference for questions concerning community manners. In order of priority, these documents are:
• Virginia Property Owners' Association Act
• Virginia Nonstock Corporation Act
• Loft Ridge Articles of Incorporation
• Deed of Dedication and Easement (Coming soon)
• Proffers
• Loft Ridge Declaration of Covenants
• Loft Ridge Community Handbook
• Request for Change or Addition Form
Links are provided to several of these documents for you to access and download; the Board is currently in the process of converting the rest of these to a web-friendly format, so check back for links to other helpful documents!
