COMMITTEES

The Loft Ridge governing documents establishes only the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and the Nominating Committee.  Over time, however, it became obvious that additional committees were needed to better serve and respond to the needs of the community.  As a result, the Facilities Committee (made up of the Grounds and Infrastructure subcommittees), the Communications Committee, the Neighborhood Watch Committee and the Special Projects Committee were formed.
